When it comes to having fun, kids and adults alike love the grills, game tables, sand volleyball courts, playgrounds, paved walking/biking trails, and multiple pavilions. Best of all, lifeguards are on duty creating a safe swimming environment for you and the whole gang.

If you’re looking for a family-friendly spot to enjoy a delicious meal, fun drinks, and a front seat ocean view – you’ve got to make your way to Coquina Beach Cafe. Open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Coquina has something for everyone. Enjoy a full menu that offers a wide selection of breakfast dishes throughout the day or opt for a delicious dinner to accompany your seaside sunset (because the only thing that could possibly make an Anna Maria sunset any better are some fresh-caught fish tacos).
When the sunshine and heat get to be too much, cool off with some Edys Ice Cream & Sno Cones or stop by the Tiki Bar for some beer, wine, or frozen drinks.

How to Get There
Located at 2650 Gulf Drive, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217, you’ll find the white sands and blue waters of the longest stretch of beach of the southern Anna Maria Island about one mile south of 5th Street N.
Coquina Beach Park is open from sunrise to midnight, unless otherwise posted. Parking in the designated lot is free or opt instead to take the bus or the free trolley. With built in bike racks at the beach, you could also decide to ride bikes to and from for an added adventure.
