Established in 2009, M&M Property Management Group, LLC has grown in the Sarasota and Bradenton area’s over the years and now manages over 300 properties between vacation rentals on the barrier islands to annual rentals and apartment complexes on the mainlands.

Joe Meszaros

Broker/Owner

Broker and owner of M&M Property Management Group, LLC, parent company of multiple local offices servicing the gulf coast of Florida with vacation home accommodations. A first generation of Hungarian decent, Joe speaks fluent Hungarian and English. Growing up he was immersed in everything real estate; from construction to hospitality management. Starting his first business landscaping still in high school and quickly building a clientele base which later after graduating from the university of North Florida, became his first clients for vacation rental management in Siesta Key, Florida. Today, M&M Property Management Group is quickly expanding throughout the state of Florida with several hundred properties in its portfolio.

Brad Wilson

General Manager

Our esteemed team leader and General Manager. With a rich background in the hospitality industry, Bradley brings over a decade of experience in running operations teams in hotels of varying sizes and star levels. Bradley's leadership has been instrumental in the growth and success of several hotel and travel related establishments. Passionate about his role, Bradley treats the businesses he manages as if they were his own, consistently striving to exceed client expectations. He firmly believes in the transformative power of hospitality, aiming to bring light and warmth into people's lives through exceptional service. Bradley is known for his commitment to cleanliness, property maintenance, and assembling teams dedicated to making a positive impact daily.
