Ah, springtime… It is a season of new beginnings, new growth, and new hope. After coming out the other side of 2020, we are all welcoming this new season with open arms. And what better way to take a deep breath and embrace new beginnings than by celebrating a holiday that represents exactly that? While the celebrations may be smaller than in years past, there is still plenty to be grateful for when you find yourself in the gorgeous setting of the Florida Key islands surrounded by the people you love in our Florida Keys Easter Rentals.
Florida Keys Easter Vacation Rentals
Traditions tend to take the helm when it comes to celebrating Easter, but sometimes pandemics, canceled events and social distancing get in the way of what we’ve always done. No matter what trials we face, we are reminded that being with the ones we love in a safe and loving environment is what’s important. This is exactly why we’re excited to offer our Easter vacation rentals. They are the perfect location to celebrate the trials of the past and the new beginning we’ve been given. Gather with the ones you love at one of our luxurious rentals, equipped with everything you need to enjoy this special holiday, including a kitchen with full-sized appliances.
While many spring festivities, services, and Easter egg hunts have been canceled this year due to Covid-19, we’re happy to report that as of press time, there are still some fun events happening. While we recommend you double check that these events are still on before making the effort to get there, we’re excited for our community to join together in a safe way to celebrate the joy this day brings.

Regular Sunday Celebrations
Fresh flowers, fresh eggs, and fresh fruit, oh my! What better way to brighten up your vacation rental and nourish your bodies than with a trip to the local farmers market? Every Sunday from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Davidson’s Plaza you can join the locals for the Siesta’s Farmers Market, located at 5127 Ocean Blvd. Breathe in the refreshing air of the warm tropical breeze as you pick up fresh ingredients for your Easter dinner. By choosing a vacation rental with Rent the Keys, you have a full kitchen at your disposal and now is the perfect time to put it to good use. Will you prepare the traditional Easter meal of ham and sweet potatoes or try something new with the inspiring ingredients you picked up today at the market? Or since you’re on vacation, perhaps you’ll opt for a delicious takeout meal to be enjoyed on your patio instead?
Another regular event on Sundays is the Siesta Key Beach Drum Circle. Head to the Siesta Key Beach, just south of the main pavilion, one hour before sunset for a jam session with the locals. Bring some beach chairs or a blanket and your own refreshments to really make a night of it away from your Easter Rentals in the Florida Keys. Once the fun begins, you can pound on the drums, dance, sing, and be merry as the sun sets on this awe-inspiring day.
