Arrive at the home and Florida relaxation. Expansive green space surrounds a brick driveway leading to a three-car garage. Mature vegetation guards the front entry for extra shade and privacy. Take the brick walkway up to an iron gate protecting the patio area featuring Adirondack seating. Once you’ve settled yourself inside, step out into your outdoor oasis. Sliding glass doors near the entry of the home lead out to a covered courtyard area with a rock-feature waterfall. Massive sliding glass doors off the living room open onto the large, covered patio. Outdoor dining for six and plenty of outdoor living furniture create a cozy space for lounging. Follow the patio as it wraps around toward a tiki bar with seating for three, a sink, and a fridge for an outdoor gathering. There is another set of outdoor dining furniture that seats four. Head down the steps from the main patio and cool off in the pool or kick back in a chaise lounge. Fire up the nearby BBQ grill for a delicious meal al fresco. The whole area is screened-in for extra privacy. Take the door outside and down to the dock where you can tie up a boat for easy access to the Gulf.

Step into your home away from home. Tile floors run through the living areas and most bedrooms. The entryway features soaring ceilings with a beautiful chandelier. Straight ahead is a beautifully decorated entry table and access to the outside. To your right, you’ll find a formal dining area with seating for six at the rectangular wood table. A floor-to-ceiling window floods the room with natural light, and a unique lighting fixture above adds ambient light. Wander to your left and into the open kitchen, living, and informal dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light. Take a seat on a comfy couch or chair and watch a movie or TV show on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. At mealtime, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel and black appliances, including a wine fridge. A peninsula bar features seating for two, while the round glass-top table has seating for three. Off the kitchen is a half bath with a pedestal sink and mirror.
Enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom. The master suite features a king bedroom set, floor-to-ceiling windows with a sliding door for access to the patio area, and a flat-screen TV. The en suite bath boasts a shower stall and separate soaking tub and expansive double-sink vanity. The second bedroom features a king bed, night tables with lamps, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. A sliding glass door leads to the patio and waterfall feature.
