Mature vegetation, including palm trees, line the drive and walkway to the front door. Lush green grass surrounds the home and makes the ultimate Florida landscape. Park on the brick driveway and make your way up the brick walk to the front entrance. Tall columns and large arching windows let in the Florida sun and give you a great view from inside the home, while the covered patio blocks the beat of the hot sun. Glass-fronted French doors with airy white curtains welcome you. After you’ve settled yourself inside, step out back into your oasis full of Florida fun. The fully screened in backyard area features a large in-ground pool with water features and spillover spa. Mosaic tile dolphins on the pool’s bottom swim along with you. The pool is bordered by mature and new vegetation that include palm trees for a beachy feel. The tile pool deck hosts several adjustable chaise lounges, along with outdoor dining seating with umbrella for four. A large BBQ grill is available for your use as well. Blur the line between indoors and out when you open the multi-panel sliding glass door. Step out onto a covered patio with outdoor dining for six under a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Make your way down to the canal and have a seat on the deck and watch boats headed out to the water. There is a boat lift should your rent your own vessel.
