The exterior of the two-story townhome features blues and whites in the roofing, siding, and trim that get you prepared for the island vacation of a lifetime. A staircase leads from the beautifully landscaped front yard area up to a small deck and the entrance of the home. A myriad of windows provides plenty of natural light from every angle. Arrive at the front door and step into paradise or take a seat on the nearby bench and enjoy the island weather. At the rear of the second level is a covered balcony with outdoor dining for six. Enjoy the day and into the night with the ceiling fan with light and an extra chandelier to brighten your activities and keep the air moving. The balcony overlooks the community tennis courts and offers a lake view. You can also make use of the community picnic area, which features multiple picnic tables and large BBQ grills to have a fun summer cookout or grill up the day’s catch. The community also features a playground with swing set, pirate-themed play set, and other fun for the kids. If you’re looking for beach time, Bayside Pointe is just a short walk to the main beach of Siesta Key.

Step in through the front door into the main living level of this Siesta Key beach house. The bright, open floor plan features a dining area tucked into the corner just off of the kitchen, which leads into the living area. After you’ve set your things aside, wander the area to find your favorite place. The living room features comfortable furnishings and finishes with soft sink-in-to-me chairs, couch, and love seat on wood floors. Lounge on the furniture while you watch a show or movie on the flat screen TV. Another seating area under the steps to the upper level has a beachy theme to get you in the mood for your beach respite. When your stomach rumbles, head to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meal or snack. Stainless steel appliances accompany everything you’ll need to prepare and serve a meal everyone will love! The counter and cabinets reflect the same tones of blues and whites as the exterior of the home, pulling the outdoors in. A double sink set into the corner helps take advantage of all of the kitchen space without compromising on prep space. Enjoy the meal in the charming dining area next to the kitchen, featuring a square wood table that seats four, or gather around the outdoor dining set, which seats six to enjoy the delicious meal. Ceiling fans throughout the home keep the air moving to keep all occupants cool and comfortable no matter where they are in the home.
After a day of fun, sand, and sun, retreat to a private bedroom. Select the master bedroom and enjoy plenty of space, including a king size bedroom set with matching night tables and dresser on wood floors. Enjoy your morning and evening routines or rise of the sand and salt in the master bathroom. The large, frameless glass shower stall features tile, a luxury showerhead, and room for your personal toiletries. The single-sink vanity also features a makeup table.
