Because more is simply perfect, two dining areas are provided in this spacious condominium offering beach cottage appeal, including a formal setup surrounded by cushioned wood chairs and a more casual round glass table tucked away into a nook of windows that is an integral part of the sleek and modern kitchen.
Staying bright with white appliances, cabinets, and creamy walls, the kitchen blends cottage cheer with modern amenities that make meal prep easy and fun. Community amenities can be accessed by paying an additional fee and can include the 18-hole Arthur Hill designed golf course, fitness center, community pool, and spa, depending on which membership you purchase, as explained below.
We recommend a Mid-Stay home refresh in stays over 30-days or more, where the cleaners will come in and refresh the home. The cost of this is $100.00. We will call to schedule your cleaning after your check-in
Temporary membership is available to both Golf ($250.00) as well as a Social Member ($150.00) for additional cost.
**This property is managed by an HOA and requires an HOA application. One will be e-mailed to you upon leasing. This is a PDF application that you can complete online and save. We need to have this back in-order to secure gate entry.
