The twin to Siesta Escape A, unit B offers much of the same qualities, comforts, and luxuries as might be expected, but there are some differences and we at Rent the Keys enjoy the opportunity to take you on a written tour of the space. Offering 3 tranquil bedrooms and 3 spacious baths, Unit B also offers room for up to 9 guests to happily live together and the shared pool (heated to 82 degrees in the cooler months.)

The living room, located on the main level of Unit B and reached via stairs, is light and bright, grounded by beautiful leather sofas and a large velvet ottoman that is destined to be the littles favorite space to sit and watch the state-of-the-art television tucked behind the louvered doors of a mahogany television cabinet. A super-sized mirror leans against one wall, making the space seem even larger and French doors lead out to a private balcony that overlooks the street and even offers a glimpse of the sea off in the distance. A glass table surrounded by four chairs makes it a popular space to enjoy breakfast every morning.

The dining room area of the open concept space is centered between the living room and kitchen, offering a round glass table surrounded ratan chairs that are perfect for sitting in for long segments of time as you eat, play games, or plan your Florida adventures. A granite topped breakfast bar located directly opposite the table provides overflow seating for five people on aluminum bar stools.

Fully equipped with everything necessary to create a meal (minus the foodstuff) the modern kitchen is a chef’s delight offering stainless steel appliances including double ovens that bakers will thrill to use, stone countertops, and an elegant, tiled backsplash behind the electric range.

The main level also offers one of the bedrooms featuring a king bed, Tiffany blue painted walls, and reminders of the sea that is located within walking distance of Siesta Escape. Wood letters painted white hang on the walls, spelling out the words Sea and Seaside, and a wood skeletal fish “swims” over one of the bedside lamps. Offering access to the main bath on this level, a room that contains a single vanity and tub shower combo and more reminders of the nearby beaches of Siesta Key.

Up the next level of stairs, you will find the second guest bedroom, this one also painted in Tiffany blue and offering more white accent pieces that contrast beautifully with the blue on the walls. Also providing a king bed (all the bedrooms provide king beds in Unit B) this room shares access to the 2nd bath with a day bed perched outside the double doors of the master suite. The 2nd bath contains a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with shampoo niche, another single vanity, and more sea themed accent pieces.

There’s magic in the master suite starting with the day bed that can be a great space for young children to sleep when they don’t want to be too far from their parents but feel they are too old to sleep in their bed. Walk in the double doors and feel relaxed and ready to be spoiled. A king sleigh bed in warm mahogany wood lies beneath an intricately coffered ceiling facing a matching bureau topped with a smart TV. Double doors lead out to a second private balcony, this one offering a rattan seating area and similar views to the lower bedroom. An en suite bath offers a double vanity, a spacious walk-in shower, and more sea-themed art.

The outdoor areas of Siesta Escape offer a mixture of privacy and shared excitement; the pool area contains lounge chairs, more places to dine and a barbecue grill to be used by both units.

Beach chairs, cooler, and beach kart are provided for easy and prepared trips to the beach located just 50 meters from the nearest beach access across the street.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures linens and towels are always clean and included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for each guest.

Pool is heated to 82 degrees from November through April.

Minimum Stay Requirements: 1 week minimum Saturday to Saturday during Mid December through Mid-April
