We recommend a Mid-Stay home refresh in stays over 30-days or more, where the cleaners will come in and refresh the home. The cost of this is $100.00. We will call to schedule your cleaning after your check-in
** When you make a reservation, you will be sent two applications that you can complete on-line. One is for Rent Siesta Key and the second is an application for the HOA at Pelican Cove.
