All utilities including basic cable TV, Internet/Wifi are included. Pinestone at Palmer Ranch features a Clubhouse, lighted junior Olympic size swimming pool, 32 seat movie theater, 1/2 basketball court/Pickleball court, two lighted tennis courts, billiard room, card room, fitness center, library, hot tub/spa, fire pit area with seating and BBQ grills.
