*New* Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house on the 2nd floor. approx. 900 square feet, is your vacation paradise. Gulf and beach side you are approximately 200 steps from the World-Famous white powdery sand on Siesta Key, bask in its beauty as you gaze upon the aqua green waters and watch spectacular sunsets.

A private outside balcony extends the length of the unit for dining, reading, or relaxing in the sun. The one bedroom features a King size bed that overlooks the balcony. The updated bathroom is a tub and shower combination. In the living room you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa and TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as stovetop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator including kitchen tools and accessories for cooking and baking. Two beach chairs and towels are provided for your trips to the beach.

A BBQ gas grill and patio table seating is provided at the entryway for you to enjoy your favorite meal, a fresh catch from a local fish market or your fishing excursion. For your convenience the home has modern conveniences such as central Air conditioning, washer/dryer, Cable TV and Internet/Wifi. 


Siesta Key and Sarasota - Things to do
Enjoy the spectacular Siesta Key sunsets on the beach and on Sundays find yourself at the weekly Drum Circle in front of the Siesta Key Beach Pavilion. There is shelling on Crescent Beach and Turtle Beach. Check the tide tables for the best time to go. Venturing out one and half miles north to Siesta Key Village or to the south end of the island enjoy delicious local restaurants, shopping, and a grocery market.

You can catch the Siesta Key Breeze trolley for free on Midnight Pass Road, Beach Road or Ocean Blvd. Check out the Siesta Key Farmers Market for produce, shopping and art every Sunday from 8AM to 12:00pm. Siesta Key has boating, parasailing, fishing, and hiking in Myakka River State Park. Downtown Sarasota and St. Armand’s Circle has wonderful restaurants and shopping. Visit the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, numerous art galleries and exhibits including the Sarasota Art Museum, The Ringling, Marietta Museum of Art and Whimsy, Sarasota Classic Car Museum, Towles Court Artist Colony, Wyland Galleries. Just south in Osprey visit the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Butterfly House in historic Spanish Point.
