As you walk into the home into the living room, experience the wide open floor plan with lots of space and modern decor.  The kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare a dinner for your family for those evenings indoors.  It features modern stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, coffee pot, toaster, and everything else you would need for a long term stay.  The dining room table has more than enough room for your whole family as well.  As you walk out into the pool area, there is a separate outdoor lanai for enjoying that beautiful Florida weather.  This outdoor area is equipped with plenty of seating, a grill, and large, private outdoor pool.  

The house is setup with two bedrooms for your party to relax.  The master bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, as well as an updated bathroom equipped with a his/her sink and walk in shower.  The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, with a full guest bathroom located in the hallway also with a walk in shower.

This house is pet free.  Animals will not be allowed or considered.  Service Animals also are not permitted in the home.  The pool is not heated at this property, and the garage is not accessible for guests use.
