The neutral cream and beige tones accented with dark brown trim creates a calming feel. A myriad of tiled rooflines and tall pillars reflect a stately feel and are surrounded by new vegetation. Tall arched windows let in plenty of light, and an entrance patio with soaring covers lead you into the home. Once you’ve settled yourself inside, step out back into your outdoor oasis.
The entirely screened area features a large infinity edge pool with spillover spa. A large, bricked pool deck features plenty of chaise lounge seating. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before entering the home after a day in the water. The covered patio boasts plenty of outdoor living and dining furnishings. Take advantage of the BBQ grill and cook favorite dishes, then enjoy them at the outdoor dining set that seats eight. The screen door leads out to a walkway to the dock and canal. A tiki hut shades more outdoor seating so you can watch boaters make their way to deeper waters.
