Offering an intimate getaway for couples of a fun family adventure in comfort for traveling groups of up to 4 people, community amenities include a crystal-clear pool and a community barbecue that allows you to spend as much time outside as possible! The bright blue siding and lime green shutters that cover the exterior greet guests with cheer and whimsy, aiding to the anticipation of a Florida getaway that will never be forgotten.
Bright and airy, our #3 unit in Villas by the Sea instantly reveals its comforts and style upon your first steps inside. Sandy hued walls provide a neutral backdrop for beachy décor in the living area of the condo, and the cool gray sofa extends into a queen sleeper that easily holds two adults or even a few kiddos who are especially close to each other. A large flat screen television is mounted in the corner of this open concept floor plan and can be seen in the dining section and from parts of the kitchen area, as well as from the comfortable sofa in the living room.
The dining area is tucked away against one wall where a cozy table will be where intimate meals will be devoured. Enjoy a glass of wine as you construct a puzzle or use this compact space as a planning station for your Anna Maria Island adventures.
Much of your vacation expenses will revolve around daily restaurant adventures and the fully equipped kitchen in #3 allow guests to stay in, prepare a few meals, and save their vacation dollars for important things like souvenirs!
