Offering a taste of Italy with a Florida vibe, Siesta Escapes Unit A is all about style and comfort in a space that is light and airy. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ensure that 9 people can enjoy their Siesta Key getaway comfortably and at ease and a shared pool (this beautiful residence has an equally beautiful twin sister) that is heated to 82 degrees in the cooler months. This three story charmer promises to be an essential chapter in the story of your beach journey.

Gold stucco and cools in warm Mediterranean tones invite you to step inside the wood and glass front door and explore the beauty of our RentTheKeys Siesta Escape. The main living level is up a flight of stairs, leading to the open concept public spaces, one of the bedrooms, and a full bath. High ceilings and crown molding give the room an airy feel while plush furnishings in shades of blue and wine add a cozy appeal. French doors provide even more light, leading out to one of multiple private balconies that overlook the pool and a smart TV allows guests to watch their favorite streaming shows.

Located just off the kitchen, the dining room of Unit A offers a warm gathering space with a large wood table (topped with glass for easy cleaning) surrounded by traditional wicker chairs that are cushioned for your comfort. Windows with plantation shutters keep the area bright in the daytime and an elegant iron chandelier keeps it light enough to determine if the puzzle piece you are holding fits into the slot that you think it should. There are six chairs for the table, but the breakfast bar directly opposite offers overflow seating for 4 more.

Featuring granite counters and backsplash, custom cabinets, and appliances in stainless steel, the kitchen is a cheerfully elegant space in which cooking chores won’t seem as chore-like. Offering double ovens and a coffee maker, as well as all the necessities for prepping meals (minus the food) this space will be well-used during your stay.

Blue walls mimic the shade of the sky on a beautiful Florida day in the bedroom on this level and sea themed accessories remind occupants that the white sand beaches of Siesta Key are within walking distance of this tranquil bedroom. (And the rest of the house, of course!) A brilliant cobalt blue and white shell comforter tops the king bed, plantation shutters flank the windows, and a smart TV on the bureau opposite the bed gives guests some late-night entertainment options. This room shares access to the main bath on this level, offering a tub shower combo, a single vanity, and a charming flower accent to brighten your day.

Next, we head up the stairs to find the remaining 2 bedrooms and baths. The 2nd guest room sits up here, offering a Mediterranean style black iron headboard on its king bed, a smart tv, and an ensuite bath, occupants will sleep well in this tranquil space. As in the rest of the house, plantation shutters allow guests to keep the morning light out, sleeping in late, and the bath offers a checker board style tile job in its walk-in shower and a single vanity. A full laundry room is also on this level, as well as access to nine beach towels (one for each guest!) and it includes a laundry sink which always comes in handy. 

A twin daybed topped with a sea blue quilt sits outside the master suite, perhaps a great spot for youngsters who are unsure of being far from their parents in this new location but feel too old to sleep in their room. The master suite is a magical space offering a dramatic coffered ceiling over the elegant wood king bedroom set. French doors lead out to another private balcony, this one furnished with comfortable seating on which you can enjoy coffee in the mornings or a refreshing glass of wine at night before climbing into bed and enjoying some of your favorite streaming shows. The en suite bath provides a massive walk-in shower with frosted glass doors, elegant tile on the shower walls, and a granite topped double vanity that gives occupants space for their things.

With the exception of the shared pool area, all the balcony spaces are private and contain comfortable seating options. A barbecue is included for your dining pleasures and an exterior dining room set allows guests to enjoy a wonderful meal in the fresh air.

Beach chairs, cooler, and beach kart are provided for easy and prepared trips to the beach located just 50 meters from the nearest beach access across the street.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures linens and towels are always clean and included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for each guest.

Pool is heated to 82 degrees from November through April.
