Every space in Alvarado offers something that makes it special, including a large picture window in the living room and while creamy walls and a beige sofa set could appear boring under normal circumstances, the addition of brightly colored throw pillows add some excitement to the space. A large flat screen television offering all your favorite streaming services provides some extra entertainment to the family that resides within. The kitchen, located just steps away in this open concept floor plan keeps  guests from feeling left out as they prepare family meals in the modern and updated space. Dark wood cabinets, granite countertops and upgraded appliances in stainless steel help bring back the joy of cooking, while the peninsula breakfast bar provides space for overflow seating for 3. The dining area, tucked away in a corner between the living area and the kitchen provides cheer and a sense of community to your family vacation, as you dine, play games, or build puzzles together. The private spaces, otherwise known as bedrooms and bathrooms are each designed for family, including the master bedroom ensuite. Offering a king sized bed that centers the room and allows for plenty of room when the kiddos have nightmares and want to sleep with their parents. The desk with task lighting is located in here, allowing hard-working travelers to retreat to the quiet room and take part in Zoom meetings with the team back home. The ensuite bath can only be accessed through this room and offers a tub/shower combo, tiled sink and vanity, and updated fixtures. 

The 2nd bedroom offers its own unique cheer, with 2 queen sized beds topped with flower covered linens centering the space, it is a popular room for adult children to talk and laugh late into the night as they recall childhood memories of the hijinks they used to perform.
