Welcome to Treasure Boat House, your hidden oasis home located in beautiful Siesta Key FL. This home is a true 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs home, with a full efficiency suite located in the downstairs area with a separate entrance, private bathroom, and small kitchenette. It's the the perfect setting for a group that needs that additional private space, with enough room to sleep the entire group in one place!
When you enter the house, you are brought to a staircase going up to the main level, with the door to the efficiency suite located at the base of the stairs. Walk upstairs to an open floor plan living room with all the seating you and your group could need to enjoy those family evenings together! The kitchen is equipped with all the standard appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room features a large kitchen table with seating for 6, sofa, and two large lounge chairs. There is a large balcony, with a second outdoor dining table, along with some seating to enjoy the beautiful outdoors overlooking the pool. The master bedroom features a King sized bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs also features a King sized bed. There is a full bathroom located upstairs as well for everyone to use. As you walk downstairs, you turn into the efficiency suite, equipped with a Queen sized Murphy bed, private office area, and private downstairs full bathroom. Walk through the efficiency suite to get to the beautiful outdoor pool with plenty of seating for the entire group to enjoy the outdoors and relax with an outdoor fire pit for your use at night! The garage is located downstairs, and provides an in unit washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
