This home in the Crystal Sands community of Siesta Key is one of our more popular communities, offering two serene bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and space for six happy guests to live, play, and sleep. Located just steps away from the soft, white sands of Crescent beach on Siesta Key. The modern décor of this cozy villa is minimalistic while offering a comfort that is often lacking in modern design. Newly listed and recently renovated, our Crystal Sands property offers all the comforts of home.

This Villa Style home has a beautifully designed kitchen you will experience as you enter the home, featuring quartz countertops and up to date appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to ensure you can cook extravagant meals for your family and guests during your stay. Enter the living room area next, as it is tastefully updated as well, featuring modern coastal furniture, bringing you into a beach cottage setting that will blow your guests away as they enjoy their vacation. This home has lots of games to play, and a dining table with seating for 6 to ensure everyone can sit together and have a fun-filled evening for those warm Florida nights indoors.

The master Bedroom has an enormous closet, King sized bed, and master bathroom. You have a private master bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower that has elegant tile throughout, with a bidet combo toilet seat equipped for your use. The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed as well, making your additional guests extra comfortable. There is a pullout futon in the living room as well, to provide that extra sleeping arrangement for your group.  A washer and dryer are also in the unit to make doing laundry convenient.

Crystal Sands is a lovely community with only a five-minute walk to the South Village of Siesta Key, providing you with proximity to shops, restaurants, nightlife, and more! The free and convenient trolley stops right outside the complex to take you up and down the Key. Crystal Sands has two, heated community pools, one of which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. You can't ask for a better view while you swim and relax in the sun. Crystal Sands has private beach access during your stay as well. After booking you will receive a community application form to fill out to notify the community of your arrival.

Other features of the home include access to a one car garage, with two guest spots in front of the house for your party to utilize. The Villa is a private end unit, so you get additional privacy during your stay. You will find the home fully stocked with beach gear to make your stay more comfortable, including beach chairs, toys, rafts and more! You will also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as owner provided streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ for those days you stay indoors.

This property does not allow pets of any kind. The maximum allowed in the unit per guidelines is six people. The property has a 14-night minimum stay requirement Jan - May, as well as October through December.  

We recommend a Mid-Stay home refresh in stays over 30-days or more, where the cleaners will come in and refresh the home.  The cost of this is $100.00.  We will call to schedule your cleaning after your check-in.

**This property is managed by an HOA and requires an HOA application.  One will be e-mailed to you upon leasing.  This is a PDF application that you can complete online and save.  We need to have this back 14 days prior to your arrival per HOA guidelines.  Failure to fill this out in the allotted time will result in cancelation of reservation without refund.
