The home is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom pool home. The backyard is fully fenced with a large saltwater pool, fully equipped with a large lanai and sitting area.
Upon entering the house you are welcomed by the living room which is equipped with a TV that streams Netflix. Next to the living room is a desk and work station which is a great spot to handle any business. Before entering the kitchen you are greeted by a large vintage dining table with plenty of room for family meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and TV with an en suite half bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet and retro style wallpaper.
When you’re not enjoying the nearby Siesta Key beach and the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, sit back and relax pool side at the large saltwater pool. There are lounge chairs and plenty of seating make the pool at this home a great spot to relax. Just off of the pool is a sunroom with additional seating and games for family fun.
